We employ the most caring and compassionate care workers who believe in Saffron Care Group values of caring for individuals who need care and support. The applicants go through interview process prior to being (DBS) checked and offered a job.
Trained & Experienced
All our care staff members have received mandatory training; as such they do have the skills and knowledge to meet your assessed care needs. Should there be a significant change in your life, your support plan would be adjusted accordingly to meet your changing needs.
Well-Matched
Our assessors have great experience in matching suitable carers to our clients. As well as skill levels the carers are also assessed for their interests and hobbies to ensure they match closely with clients – this includes cultural needs.
